Commitment

Your attendance is crucial for learning and development. Classes are recorded up until the practice segment to ensure the privacy of all participants. Upon completing each class and homework assignment, students will be awarded a Certificate of Completion. *Once the course has started, there will be no refunds.

Free Practice Circle

The day is to be announced in class. A two-hour bi-weekly practice session will be available. During this session, we will meditate for 10 minutes before moving into breakout rooms or gallery style practice readings.

Zoom Dress Code & Environment Guidelines

To create a respectful, focused, and energetically aligned learning space for everyone in this development course, we ask all students to follow the Zoom participation guidelines below.

1. Comfortable but Presentable Attire

Please dress as you would for an in-person class or workshop.

Appropriate examples include:

• Casual tops, sweaters, or blouses

• Comfortable yoga or lounge wear

• Neat t-shirts or long sleeves

Please avoid:

• Pajamas

• Clothing that is overly revealing

• Clothing with offensive language or graphics

2. Camera On During Sessions

Because this course involves intuitive development, practice exercises, and energetic connection, cameras are expected to be on during the majority of class time, especially during:

• Group discussions

• Practice readings

• Breakout room exercises

If you need to briefly step away, you may turn your camera off.

3. Quiet and Clear Environment

Please join class from a quiet space where you can focus and participate fully.

Helpful tips:

• Use headphones when possible

• Silence notifications

• Avoid multitasking during class

• Choose a calm, neutral background if available

4. Respectful Presence

We ask all participants to arrive grounded, sober, and fully present for class. This helps maintain a supportive and safe learning environment for everyone.

5. Be Ready to Participate

This is an interactive development course, which means participation is essential. Students will regularly engage in:
