ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE Please make sure at the time of your appointment you are alone and in a quiet space free from distractions. Cell phones loud noises etc, spirit communication is a 3 way connection… spirit, you and then myself to connect you and relay the messages your spirit loved one is sharing with you. BY PURCHASING A READING, I UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING:

By purchasing any digital product (including eBooks, guides, or downloadable materials) from Awakened Insights, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted once your purchase is complete.

2. No Returns or Cancellations
Once you receive access to your digital product, it is considered delivered. We do not accept returns or offer cancellations on digital purchases.

3. Download Support
If you experience issues accessing or downloading your product, please contact us at [Awakenedinsightsllc@gmail.com] within 7 days of purchase. We are happy to provide a new download link after the issue is clearly stated and confirmed.

4. Personal Use Only

Terms & Conditions for Course Enrollment (6- or 8-Week Programs)

By enrolling in any 6- or 8-week course offered by Awakened Insights LLC and Erica Barretto, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. No Refund Policy
All course purchases are non-refundable. Due to the energetic nature of this work, limited space, and immediate access to course materials or sessions, no refunds will be issued for any reason once payment is made.

2. Commitment to the Journey
By enrolling, you’re reserving a space in a sacred container designed for your spiritual growth and transformation. Please honor your commitment to the full duration of the course, as each week builds on the last.

3. Access & Materials
Course materials (including replays, handouts, or recordings) are for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.

4. Missed Sessions
Live session replays (if offered) may be available, but no refunds or credits will be provided for missed sessions. It is your responsibility to attend or watch the replays if you cannot join live.

5. Respectful Participation
This course is a safe, heart-led space. Disrespectful behavior toward the instructor or other students will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without refund.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, teachings, and materials are the intellectual property of Awakened Insights and Erica Barretto and are protected by copyright law.
