Commitment
Your attendance is crucial for learning and development. Classes are recorded up until the practice segment to ensure privacy for all participants. Students will be awarded a Certificate of Completion upon completing each class and assignment.
Free Practice Circle
The day is to be announced in class.
A Two-hour weekly practice session will be available. During the course duration, we meditate as a group for 10 minutes before moving into breakout rooms for practice which reflect the lesson of the week.

I've also been trained at The Oakbridge Institute and The Spirit Academy. Additionally, I am a retired law enforcement officer passionate about sharing my knowledge to help others learn, grow, and expand their minds.
